ZUMBA

Zumba is a dance fitness program.

At Mimi-Metamorphosis we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.


Our Zumba instructors are licensed and each will tailor their own fitness routine, sticking to the fundamentals of Zumba and provide you with a strong aerobic and muscular workout. We utilize whole body moves in our Zumba classes, helping you to burn fat and build lean muscle. 

Classes run twice for the week. Personal Certified instructor runs classes every Monday and Thursday from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
